Feedback

We value feedback from all our customers on all aspects of our service; from using our booking service to your experience of using your Communication Professional (CP). Your feedback is used to continually monitor the quality of the services we provide and, where necessary, make improvements.

Here is a selection of some of the comments that we have received recently:

Your interpreter is brilliant and lovely woman. She made me feeling comfortable with her chat. Very welcome. She is helpful and make me relax. Lovely.

Just writing to say thank you for organising your interpreter to come and work with us at such short notice. She was really good. The meeting was a bit more tense than expected and she did a brilliant job.

You arranged for a BSL Interpreter for me and I have some positive feedback from the organiser, who said that the interpreter was very good and that they would especially like to thank him for joining in the percussion workshop; the team felt brilliantly supported.

Your co-ordinating team are far superior to any other agency. You are great at getting back to people and chasing preparatory information for assignments as quickly as possible.

 

We have 3 feedback forms available for download:

1. User feedback form. This form is aimed at the end users of our service, d/Deaf and hearing.
Large-print user feedback form is also available.

2. Referrer feedback form. This form is aimed at the person who made the booking on behalf of the end users.

3. Freelance Communication Professional feedback form. This form is for our freelance CPs to let us know about their experience of working with us.

All of our feedback forms are written in Word format and are available for download. There are a number of ways in which the completed forms can be returned to us:
