RAD, in partnership with Family Mosaic, has been commissioned by Essex County Council to provide support to d/Deaf residents at Charles Harper House; a supported living service in Basildon. Ruth Geall, Head of Social Care commented, "This is a new development for RAD's Social Care service and we are very excited about the partnership and work that will expand the support we provide to enable D/deaf people to live independently."
