Community Support Service

We pride ourselves in providing optimum quality person-centred support services for the people (aged 18+) with additional needs such as learning disabilities/mental health.  Our aim is to support people to live as independently as possible in the community.  We do not provide any regulated activities so are not required to be registered by CQC, however we are committed to working in line with CQC’s fundamental standards as we consider this to be best practice.  This ensures that our service is safe, caring, well-led, effective and responsive.  We are signed-up to the Social Care Commitment and are proud to be Dignity Champions.
