How We Do It
We have invested in real time monitoring technology which ensures the people we provide care and support to receive the care they need when they would like it. This system also supports our team to stay safe, ensures accurate invoicing and other financial data and also provides our funders/commissioners with the monitoring data they require. This system uses contactless technology whereby our team members and the people we support have a personalised micro-chipped card. When connected a signal is sent to the secure server to confirm the start and end of a support session. It also supports rota creation matching the preferences of the people we support, the commissioned hours and availability of our support workers.
We provide a well-led service which is safe, effective, caring and responsive to meet people’s needs. Our team has a good working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and we have robust safeguarding procedures. We regularly monitor, review and report on the way we work. We value the feedback we receive from those we support, their support network and our staff. Our Quality Assurance Report shows a summary of such feedback. We are also registered with National Minimum Data Set – Social Care (NMDS-SC) database which holds data on the adult social care workforce.
