Give in memory
Giving in memory of a loved one or friend is a very personal way of remembering them – and supporting RAD. If you want to talk to us about donating in memory drop the fundraising team an email or give them a call on 0845 688 2525.
You can support us in memory of your loved one in lots of ways:
Collect at a funeral
Collecting donations instead of flowers at a funeral can help us to continue to provide support to the Deaf community.
Most funeral directors are willing to collect donations on your behalf, handling the administration of these gifts for you and making sure they are passed to us.
Alternatively we can send you some envelopes to put out at the service where people can fill in their details and make a donation directly. You can always pass these on to your funeral director to put out and collect on your behalf.
Donate or set up a regular gift
If you would like to remember someone by making an online donation or regular gift in memory, please donate here <link to JustGiving>.
Hold an event in memory
Getting together with friends, family and neighbours or taking on a personal challenge is a great way to support RAD in memory of a loved one.
The only limit on what you do is your imagination. You could take part in an organised event such as a run, skydive, cycle or swim or organise your own event; from holding a tea party, to washing cars, to collections and sponsored silences.
