RAD launches new energy-saving project
Deaf Smart Energy
Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) is pleased to announce a new project aimed at energy awareness and energy saving tips, funded by the Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme.
This project covers London, the East of England and North East England.
We will visit local deaf clubs and local deaf services, set up workshops as well as home visits for elderly people. We also can give advice via webcam too. Advice will include information on how to get the best deals on energy, for example gas, electricity and water.
It will also include advice on how to switch suppliers, how to save energy and how to access grants/discounts.
You will be able to save on energy bills, understand your energy usage and live more comfortably with more knowledge.
