Interested in learning British Sign Language?

Royal Association for Deaf people (RAD) is running a level 1 British Sign Language (BSL) course at its Head Office in Colchester, starting on 13th September 2018. Please note that RAD will be moving offices at the latter end of 2018 so the venue will change but it will still be in the Colchester area.

The learner will gain a national recognised qualification: Level 1 Certificate in British Sign Language. The course can be taken without any previous BSL experience at any level.

The group will consist of a small number of learners and the course will be delivered by a qualified teacher who is a native BSL user and a registered/qualified tutor.

The course will be delivered on a weekly basis (every Thursday, 2 hours – term time only, 10.30 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.) starting in September 2018 until July 2019.

The course cost is £380 inclusive of all resources and tutoring, registration and exam fees made to Signature.

Duration: 64 hours of study and assessment during term time only.

3 assessments:
